What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product. Each product shows its MOQ on the product card (e.g. MOQ: 10 kg or MOQ: 50 pcs). For custom orders, contact us on WhatsApp.
How do I place an order?
Simply click "Order Now" on any product — it opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message. Or fill the "Get Quote" form on our homepage. We'll respond quickly with pricing and availability.
Can I order a product not listed on the website?
Yes! We can source almost any product. Contact us on WhatsApp with the product details, quantity, and budget — we'll check availability and give you a price.
Are all products HALAL?
Yes. Sahare is a 100% HALAL platform. All products are verified from HALAL-compliant suppliers. We do not deal in any HARAM products.

Why are prices not shown on the website?
Wholesale prices depend on quantity, weight, and market rates which change regularly. We give you the most accurate and up-to-date price when you contact us.
How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is based on quantity (pieces or kg) + shipping weight + import costs. The more you order, the better the rate. Bulk orders always get better pricing.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept bKash, Nagad, bank transfer, and cash on delivery (for certain areas). Payment details are confirmed when your order is finalized.

Do you deliver all over Bangladesh?
Yes! We deliver to all 64 districts of Bangladesh through our courier partners including Pathao, RedX, Paperfly, Steadfast, and Sundarban Courier.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Dhaka and nearby areas are faster. Remote areas may take slightly longer.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we send you a tracking number via WhatsApp. You can use our
Track Order page to track your shipment.

What if I receive a damaged product?
Contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving the order with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the situation.
