1. 🏢 About Sahare Wholesale

Sahare Wholesale is a Bangladesh-based HALAL wholesale import & export platform. We connect businesses with quality products sourced from verified global suppliers. Our registered office is located in Puran Bogura, Bogura, Bangladesh.

We operate as a B2B (Business to Business) wholesale platform. Our services are intended for business owners, retailers, and resellers — not for individual retail purchases.

2. ✅ Eligibility

To use our services you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a registered business owner or authorized representative
• Provide accurate and truthful information when registering or placing orders
• Have a valid WhatsApp number for order communication

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms or provides false information.

3. 🛍️ Orders & Pricing

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Each product has a minimum order quantity displayed on the product listing. Orders below the MOQ will not be accepted.

Pricing: All prices are quoted based on current market rates, quantity, and weight. Prices shown on the website are indicative only — final pricing is confirmed via WhatsApp or phone after your order request.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change prices at any time due to market fluctuations, exchange rates, or supplier changes. Any confirmed order will be honored at the agreed price.

4. 💳 Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods:

• Nagad
• Bank Transfer
• Cash on Delivery (selected areas only)

Advance Payment: Most orders require partial or full advance payment before processing. Payment terms are agreed upon during order confirmation.

Late Payment: Orders may be cancelled if payment is not received within the agreed timeframe.

5. 🚚 Delivery & Shipping

• We deliver to all 64 districts of Bangladesh via our courier partners
• Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on location
• Delivery charges are calculated based on weight and destination
• A tracking number will be shared via WhatsApp once the order is shipped
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or natural disasters

6. 🔄 Returns & Refunds

Damaged Goods: If you receive damaged or defective products, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Wrong Items: If you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately. We will arrange collection and replacement at no extra cost.

No Returns For:

• Change of mind after order confirmation
• Products that have been used or opened
• Custom or specially sourced orders
• Food & beverage products (for hygiene reasons)

Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

7. ☪️ HALAL Policy

Sahare Wholesale is committed to being a 100% HALAL platform:

• We do not deal in any HARAM products including alcohol, pork products, or items forbidden in Islam
• All food products are sourced from HALAL-certified suppliers
• We verify supplier compliance with HALAL standards

If you believe any product on our platform may not be HALAL, please contact us immediately.

8. 🔒 Account Responsibility

If you create an account on our platform:

• You are responsible for keeping your password secure
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

9. ⚖️ Limitation of Liability

Sahare Wholesale shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services
• Business losses due to product delays or unavailability
• Losses caused by third-party courier services
• Any loss of profit, revenue, or data

Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the value of the order in question.

10. 🇧🇩 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bogura, Bangladesh.

11. 🔄 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
